ONLY complaint is wishing a more diverse and elaborate wine list, but I am a wino so ignore me if you’re not into wine. There is unfortunately nothing else like it in Guadalajara, it is truly the only one of its kind in taste, feel and all. It has that Brooklyn, minimalist, industrial, organic vibe. The environment is tasteful, mellow and a hint of allowing yourself to disconnect from the outside world and anything in it. The staff, what can I say, so kind, attentive, they try to remember your favorite flavors and drinks. This is my new hideout.
